Russian Black Sea port Tuapse ablaze after Ukrainian overnight drone attack; Krasnodar regional emergency command says drone debris ignited fire at a seaport terminal; more than 80 personnel and 25 pieces of equipment, including Russian Emergencies Ministry (EMERCOM) teams, fighting the blaze. Tuapse, site of one of Russia's largest Black Sea ports and a Rosneft refinery, has been hit multiple times times since early April; Ukraine is stepping up strikes on Russian energy infrastructure as the Iran war pushes oil prices higher.
