US tech reporter Mark Gurman said Apple (AAPL.O)'s latest release fell short of
disruptive innovation but rebuilt the foundations of its major platforms with
practical AI features, a markedly improved Siri and performance upgrades. Gurman
said that is crucial because a slate of flagship devices running these operating
systems will arrive over the next three years, and called the move to the right
decision.
