Reform Commission and the Cyberspace Administration, issued opinions to boost
high-quality development of the advertising industry. Tiandi Online hit the
daily limit; Tianyu Digital earlier hit the limit; Visual China, Jiayun
Technology and Century Tianhong were among the top gainers.
