CSSC Special Gas said its 6N-grade WF6 for semiconductor use, packaged in 47L cylinders, is being quoted at roughly 2,000-2,500 yuan/kg; the company reported capacity and orders are at full utilization while fulfilling domestic and overseas customer orders.
