Measures to Strengthen Management of Used Car Exports, imposing stricter
controls on new vehicles exported as second‑hand. Vehicles applying for export
within 180 days of registration (≤180 days) must be accompanied by a
manufacturer‑issued After‑sales Maintenance Service Confirmation stating export
country, vehicle details and the manufacturer’s after‑sales service network,
with the manufacturer’s official seal. Vehicles unable to provide the document
will be denied export licenses.
