On June 8 in Beijing, Jin Xin, vice minister of the International Department of
the CPC Central Committee, met Saudi Aramco president Mohammed Al‑Kahtani. Jin
said the China‑Saudi comprehensive strategic partnership is developing steadily
under the strategic guidance of President Xi, King Salman and Crown Prince
Mohammed bin Salman, and practical cooperation across sectors is deepening.
China is willing to strengthen policy communication through party‑to‑party
channels, expand exchanges and implement leaders’ key consensuses. Jin said this
year is the first year of China’s 15th Five‑Year Plan; China will continue
stable development to provide valuable certainty to the global economy and
welcomes Saudi companies to expand cooperation and share China’s opportunities.
