June 9 — Chengdu sold a 28.89-mu residential plot in Chenghua district's Cuijia­dian area with a plot ratio (FAR) of 2.28. Reserve floor price was 14,900 yuan/sq m, implying a starting total of 654 mln yuan; six bidders competed and Greentown won the site for 737 mln yuan, a 12.75% premium.
