China's State Taxation Administration completed its 2026 tax-payment credit evaluations, covering 54.669 mln business entities, up 4.903 mln year-on-year. 47.111 mln entities were classified as tax-credit compliant, an 8.6% YoY rise. 18.154 mln entities proactively corrected errors to repair credit, up 4.178 mln (29.8% YoY); 3.881 mln of those achieved an upgraded credit rating after repair.

The program will advance construction of real-world training spaces, seed innovation consortia, address operational skills and validate deployments to optimize embodied-intelligence models, accumulate high-quality on-device data, and improve key component performance while piloting full lifecycle management and support mechanisms. Target: by end-2026 complete application validation and routine deployment in representative scenarios to enter "operational mode", distill over 100 high-value use cases and enable deployment capacity at a ten-thousand-unit scale.
