IRNA quoted IRGC Quds Force commander Esmail Qaani saying a "new security belt"
is forming from the Strait of Hormuz to the Bab al‑Mandeb. Qaani warned the
United States and Israel that any further aggression would trigger a coordinated
regional response, and said coordination among allied groups has deepened,
especially after Yemen's recent timely and forceful action. He added allied
armed units have been deployed near key sea lanes linking the Persian Gulf and
the Red Sea and accused US and Israeli moves of pushing the region toward
broader confrontation.
