TAIWAN'S BENCHMARK STOCK INDEX RISES AS MUCH AS 2% TO A RECORD HIGH OF 36,162.68 POINTS

The U.S. also demanded removal of all highly enriched uranium, while Iran proposed monitored down-blending.
