Yangzhou Nanopore Innovative Materials Technology Ltd., a Chinese battery
materials maker, has filed confidentially for an IPO in Hong Kong, aiming to
raise at least $200 million. The company, which supplies composite current
collectors for lithium-ion batteries to firms like Tesla and Contemporary
Amperex Technology, is working with BNP Paribas on the offering, targeting a
listing by year-end. Details, including size and timing, are still under
discussion. Temasek and China International Capital Corp. are among its backers.
