China’s most active futures contracts are mostly lower at the midday break, with SC crude and styrene (EB) up over 2%, while the containerized freight index (Europe route), PX, LPG, eggs and PTA rise over 1%. On the downside, silver tumbles over 7%, platinum falls over 5%, palladium drops over 4%, while No.20 rubber, rubber, soybean No.2 and tin decline over 2%. Butadiene rubber, nickel, cotton and industrial silicon lose over 1%.
