May 28, 2026 — Shanghai's fourth batch of 2026 land auctions proceeded with on-site trading. The Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources said Hongkou District's hk306-08 parcel in Jiaxing Road subdistrict, designated residential-only, is bounded east by Taipingqiao Branch Road, south and west by planned green space and north by Linping Road. The site area is 7,115.32 sq m, permitted gross floor area 17,800 sq m, and maximum building height 80 m. Twelve bidders registered for hk306-08; the auction opened at CNY1.42 bln, with a starting floor price of about CNY80,000/sq m. After 63 bidding rounds, Shanghai Chengtou Land (Group) Co., Ltd. won the parcel for CNY1.93 bln, implying a floor price of about CNY109,000/sq m and a premium of 35.63%.
