May 27 — Yili Group and Qianwei Central Kitchen signed a strategic cooperation agreement at Yili’s Modern Smart Health Valley. The parties will set up an ongoing, multi-tier cooperation framework to pool brand, product, channel, supply-chain, R&D and market-insight resources and jointly pursue deeper integration of dairy products with catering supply chains.
