The certification indicates the AC7870x series meets automotive-industry high-safety application requirements across functional-safety design, development processes, safety mechanisms and verification systems, and also means Jiefa’s automotive-grade MCU development capability can satisfy the industry’s highest functional-safety level; product applications are expected to further move toward domain-controller-level MCU scenarios requiring high compute, high real-time performance and high functional-safety levels.
