ECB ACCOUNTS: inf upside risks and downside risks to economic growth have intensified; weak growth may persist long after the conflict ends.

On the 28th Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada approved a law creating the legal framework to receive a €90 billion EU loan, finance minister Marchenko said. The package allocates €60 billion to strengthen Ukraine's defence-industrial capacity and €30 billion for budget support; Marchenko said Ukraine will only repay the loan if Russia pays war reparations, with principal and interest to be offset against any Russian payments.

At the midday close, China's CSI 300 index futures (IF) most-active contract was unchanged; Shanghai Stock Exchange 50 index futures (IH) most-active contract fell 0.70%; CSI 500 index futures (IC) most-active contract rose 0.47%; CSI 1000 index futures (IM) most-active contract rose 1.12%.
