May 29 — Suzhou auctioned four residential-related parcels with total starting price 2.742 bln yuan. In Suzhou Industrial Park one plot drew 74 bidding rounds and was won by China Overseas for 1.688 bln yuan, implying a floor price of 68,920 yuan/sqm and a 30.04% premium, the highest recorded residential land floor price in Suzhou.
