Infineon told customers and partners it will increase prices on select power-semiconductor products effective July 1. This is the company's second price rise this year, after an initial increase in April 2026. Infineon cited higher value-chain costs—energy, raw materials, transport and services—linked to geopolitical tensions, and demand for its product mix running faster than it expected several months ago.
