May 28 — NDRC deputy director Shen Zhulin met a European Parliament delegation led by Eroglu to discuss China’s 15th Five-Year Plan outline, the macro outlook, artificial intelligence and green development. Shen said the plan will prioritise high-quality growth, accelerate digital-intelligence adoption, speed the green transition and expand high-level opening-up. He added the 15th Five-Year period opened with a steady, positive first quarter and said China is willing to deepen China‑EU communication and share development opportunities.
