Geely is moving a several‑hundred‑strong assisted‑driving team from its Geely
Research Institute into the Qianli Technology group, sources say. Under the
initial plan the team will transfer into Qianli Zhijia’s joint venture with
Zeekr, Qianli Haohan, to handle bespoke development and mass‑production delivery
for Geely models, while Qianli Zhijia focuses on core R&D. Some
research‑institute staff have received employment contract transfer notices.
