Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said Israel has broken the barrier of fear and is conducting offensive operations across fronts in Syria, Gaza and Lebanon.

Anyang Steel said on May 31 it completed and commissioned an electric heating furnace for titanium plate at its No.2 hot-rolling unit. The new furnace will operate in tight coordination with the hot-rolling mill to provide precise, standardized heating for multiple titanium-plate specifications, address a process shortfall in high-end titanium rolling and strengthen the company’s high-end specialty steel product mix.

Israel's defense minister KATZ said Israeli forces will maintain a garrison at the strategic Beaufort Castle in southern Lebanon as part of a 'southern Lebanon security zone'. KATZ said the Israeli flag was raised again on high ground overlooking the Galilee after a 26-year withdrawal and that forces have re-established control of Beaufort Castle and will remain stationed there. He said control of the castle and expanded ground operations are intended to send a clear signal to opponents, warning that those who threaten Israeli civilians will progressively lose strategic assets.
