Tianjin's municipal housing and urban‑rural development commission and municipal
market supervision commission have instructed district housing and market
regulators to carry out an about two‑month enforcement campaign to restore order
in real‑estate transactions and the brokerage market. The campaign will focus on
high‑complaint issues, intensify enforcement against false advertising and
improper or illegal brokerage charges, and strengthen information sharing, case
referrals and joint enforcement. Authorities will promptly handle violations in
accordance with law to deter misconduct, protect consumers’ legal rights and
help resolve market disputes to support stable development of Tianjin’s real
estate market.
