Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) raised annual sales guidance above estimates,
saying demand for its servers and networking products has surged and should
continue into next year. In its fiscal Q2 2026 results HPE said revenue for the
year ending October 2026 is expected to rise about 31% and revenue for the year
ending October 2027 about 10%, versus analysts’ prior forecasts of 19% and 5.3%.
The stock jumped roughly 30% in after-hours trading. Last week’s blowout results
from rival Dell had already lifted sector sentiment; HPE is a key hardware
beneficiary of AI training and deployment demand.
