Shanghai municipal government office issued opinions to deepen the city's global asset management centre. Measures include optimizing the QFII regime and orderly expanding the range of futures and options available to qualified foreign investors; continuing the QFLP pilot with one-stop acceptance for entity setup to speed cross-border investment; supporting eligible asset managers to meet client cross-border demand via QDII channels; and improving QDLP pilot quota efficiency and promoting quota recycling.
