June 2 — Brain-computer interface firm Qiangnao Technology said it expects a sharp increase in sales of its dexterous robotic hand this year; dozens of Chinese robotics companies, including Yushu and Leju, are buying the device.

China Rare Earth Group said on June 1 that Party Secretary and Chairman Liu Leiyun met at the group's headquarters with China Salt Lake Industrial Group Party Secretary and Chairman Xue Fei and his delegation to discuss cooperation on rare-earth new materials R&D and applications. Liu said he hopes the sides use the talks to focus on key technologies including rare-earth magnesium structural materials and short-process preparation, and to advance joint R&D and project planning. Xue said he expects to deepen cooperation on new materials R&D, application scenario exploration and joint applications for priority projects.

June 2 — Huifeng Diamond shares tied to 30CM jumped to the daily trading limit amid a broad rally in the lab-grown diamond sector. The company said the industry is in a recovery phase and has enacted two price increases since 2026, raising prices roughly 5–15%. It warned tungsten, a key material in machine components for producing lab-grown diamonds, has risen notably since last year and is increasing equipment procurement costs. The recent sector surge is largely driven by market talk that diamond heat sinks could displace copper and aluminum in high-power, high-energy AI applications, and some leading AI firms are trialing diamond heat sinks; Huifeng said it does not sell directly to end customers and does not know whether its products are used in those applications.
