strategic cooperation with the region and accelerate construction of a Huawei
Cloud data center. Officials asked Huawei to expand investment in green
computing, AI, tech innovation and data trading, and to promote deeper
integration of industrial, innovation, supply and talent chains to support new
productive forces and high-quality growth. They pledged continued improvements
to the business environment to facilitate Huawei and other companies'
investment.
