The Botswana-flagged tanker "Lexie" had ignored US warnings and orders multiple times within 24 hours and failed to comply with blockade measures, CENTCOM said. CENTCOM said that since April 13, as part of measures to block maritime traffic to and from Iranian ports, US forces have disabled six commercial vessels and diverted 122 ships. A US-Iran ceasefire remains in place.
