At the open, China's most-active futures contracts were mixed with gains
outnumbering losses. Shanghai tin rose over 2%; 20# rubber jumped nearly 2%;
Shanghai zinc, LME copper, Shanghai copper and coke advanced more than 1%; other
rubber contracts, aluminum alloy and Shanghai aluminum gained about 1%. On the
downside, container freight on the Europe route fell over 2%; polysilicon,
asphalt and alumina dropped more than 1%; methanol slipped about 1%.
