Taiwan Affairs Office spokeswoman Zhu Fenglian said the ruling DPP lacks the
will and capacity to resolve structural economic and social problems, that power
shortages have become a weakness for Taiwan’s development, and accused the DPP
of politicizing energy rather than addressing supply constraints.
