The New York Post reports President Trump told Pod Force One on Wednesday he expects to meet Iran's supreme leader Mujtaba Khamenei, saying the leaders have "gotten along pretty well" despite stalled peace talks. Asked if a meeting was possible, Trump said: "Yes, I'd like to meet him. We may meet at some point, depending on how things progress." The paper flagged the shift in tone after Trump previously called Khamenei a "lightweight" and an "unacceptable choice" to lead Iran.
