South Korea's finance minister said authorities will act, if necessary, to curb volatility in the domestic bond market.

Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov told media at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on the 3rd that extreme scenarios for possible Russian nuclear use are spelled out in military doctrine and core nuclear deterrence policy. He said that if Russia’s territorial integrity is deliberately violated, Moscow reserves the option to respond with nuclear weapons — including, in the worst case, against adversaries that do not possess nuclear arms.
