IBM (IBM.N) said the partnership will extend its IBM Consulting Advantage AI-driven delivery platform to introduce industry-specific intelligent agents for GEMINI Enterprise.

On June 3, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said it will pilot removal of foreign equity caps on value-added telecom services, including internet data centers (IDCs), in Beijing, Shanghai, Hainan and Shenzhen. The move builds on WTO commitments, free-trade zone and service‑opening policies and seeks to align Chinese telecom rules with high‑standard international trade norms.
