CNN sources said the U.S. and Iran discussed creating a reconstruction fund
that, if a final agreement is reached, would provide tens of billions of dollars
for Iran. The U.S. would not contribute; most financing would come from Gulf
states. The White House says it will not provide economic relief or unfreeze
funds until Iran relinquishes its highly enriched uranium stockpile.
