Ukrainian President Zelenskiy said he spoke with UK Prime Minister Starmer and they are preparing for negotiations and a meeting that will cover defensive weapons and coordinated European diplomatic efforts to end the war. He said Europe must articulate a clear position and contribute to all diplomatic initiatives aimed at ending the conflict, and that they have coordinated on how to achieve this.

Indonesia's benchmark stock index slid 4.2% to 5,688.574 points, its lowest level since Dec. 1, 2020.
