confiscations totaling 653 million yuan. The agency completed review of 706
merger filings, up 9.8% YoY. It issued Implementation Measures for the Fair
Competition Review Regulations to tackle local protection and market
segmentation; market regulators reviewed nearly 60,000 policy measures across
levels during the year.
