Researchers at the Beijing Academy of Artificial Intelligence (BAAI) and
Tsinghua University report that memory reactivation during sleep helps regulate
sleep dynamics, providing experimental evidence of bidirectional memory–sleep
interactions; the study is published in Science. BAAI said it has developed
Brainμ0, a multimodal foundational model aimed at unifying heterogeneous,
high-throughput, long-duration neural data, and will continue advancing the
Brainμ series to integrate AI with cross-scale basic neuroscience research.
