June 6, 2026, Minsk — Chinese Vice President Han Zheng met Belarusian Prime
Minister Turchin. Han said Belarus is an all‑weather comprehensive strategic
partner and China will continue to support Belarus in safeguarding its
sovereignty, security and development interests. The sides agreed to prioritize
high‑quality Belt and Road cooperation, strengthen the China‑Belarus
intergovernmental cooperation committee, and push forward the China‑Belarus
Industrial Park and other key projects. China also signalled support for Belarus
taking a larger role in multilateral forums and pledged closer coordination in
international organisations.
