At midday the Hang Seng Index was down 1.18% and the Hang Seng Tech Index was down 2.40%. PCB names led gains: Kingboard Laminates (01888.HK) rose over 10% while Shenghong Technology (02476.HK) bucked the trend, falling more than 6%. Heavy-equipment shares advanced with China Longgong (03339.HK) up over 4%. Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank (03618.HK) gained around 2%. Oilfield services stock Shandong Molong (00568.HK) jumped over 15%. Beer, dairy and auto-dealer stocks also strengthened. Laggards
