The Israel Defense Forces said the Iranian facilities that were struck produced specialized materials used to develop ballistic missiles that pose a direct threat to Israel and its citizens. The facilities are key components of Iran's existing missile-production infrastructure.

Local officials said a loading facility in Novorossiysk, Russia, caught fire after a drone strike.

With under one month until the July 6, 2026 implementation of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s revised trading rules, the exchange has entered a final technical readiness window. Shenzhen Stock Exchange and China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (Shenzhen branch) will conduct end-to-end simulation tests in an isolated trading and settlement environment from June 8–12. The exercise will simulate order entry, trade reporting, market-data reception and display, and securities and funds clearing/settlement to stress-test market participants’ systems and verify readiness for the reform cutover.
