Fengfei Aviation said its V2000CG eVTOL received a Validated Type Certificate (VTC) from Indonesia’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), the first eVTOL to secure overseas type approval. The V2000CG is currently the only tonne‑class eVTOL to hold CAAC’s three airworthiness certificates; the Indonesian VTC signals the design meets both Chinese and Indonesian airworthiness standards and removes a regulatory hurdle for commercial operations in Indonesia.
