The Baotou plant will produce large-size CVD single-crystal diamonds, diamond heat spreaders (core material for server and AI-chip heat sinks) and mass-produced high-grade lab-grown diamond blanks, supplying upstream to Huifeng’s Sanya Tianya super-factory.
