The Baltic Dry Index fell again to 2,729, down 42 points (-1.5%), its lowest
since May 1, pressured by weaker Capesize freight. The Capesize index dropped
161 points (-3.7%) to 4,140; Capesize daily earnings fell $1,456 to $34,048. The
Panamax index rose 40 points (1.8%) to 2,251; Panamax daily earnings increased
$358 to $20,255. The Supramax index gained 15 points (0.9%) to 1,633, while the
Handysize index added 15 points to 890.
