Oil-themed LOFs opened broadly lower: Southern Crude LOF, E Fund Crude LOF and Harvest Crude LOF fell over 4%; Petroleum LOF and HuaBao Oil & Gas LOF dropped ~3%; Petroleum Fund LOF down just over 1%. Under the 2026 adjustment plan, the application window closed on June 10 at 20:00. Regulators received 818 submissions: 570 for drugs not currently on the lists (509 applying only to the national basic list, 17 only to the commercial innovation list, 44 to both) and 248 for drugs already listed; total submissions rose vs 2025.
