Iran's Mehr news agency reports the country will receive USD 24 bln in funding during 60-day negotiations.

On the 11th (US ET), Trump said the US had "ended" the war with Iran, claiming both sides agreed a "very strong memorandum of understanding" to stop fighting and that Iran agreed never to possess nuclear weapons, adding the deal was "95%" complete. He cancelled planned further strikes earlier and posted on Truth Social suggesting an agreement had been reached but gave no terms. Iran has not confirmed any agreement.
