Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi said she hopes the memorandum will be
implemented steadily, that freedom and security of navigation through the Strait
of Hormuz will be effectively guaranteed, and that the Iran nuclear issue and
other outstanding matters will reach a final agreement as soon as possible.
