Iran foreign minister Araghchi told Turkey, Iraq and Egypt in separate phone
calls on June 15 that the United States is responsible for implementing the
Iran–U.S. memorandum of understanding and that Israeli aggression against
Lebanon must be halted. He reviewed the MoU’s progress and contents, welcomed
the three countries’ support for a ceasefire and de‑escalation, and said the
four foreign ministers will maintain close consultations to pursue regional
stability.
