Authorities back corporate mergers and restructurings, will build multi-level matching platforms to help leading firms pursue global M&A to integrate upstream and downstream resources, and encourage listed companies, state-owned enterprises and industrial investment funds to use M&A to accelerate growth of firms with key core technologies.
