harvest is finished; Shandong >85%; Hebei >75% (localised showers possible);
Shaanxi >70%; Shanxi >60%. Weather forecast for June 15–16: mostly clear across
main harvest areas but local rain in parts of Hebei that could disrupt
harvesting and drying, prompting calls to coordinate operations and avoid
rainfall windows.
