CNBC reported senior ANTHROPIC executives met in Washington on Monday with Trump administration officials after a U.S. export-control directive on Friday ordered the company to suspend access to its newest AI models, Fable 5 and MYTHOS 5, for any foreign national whether inside or outside the United States.
