China A-share glass-substrate concept stocks extended early-session strength; Qibin Group hit a third consecutive daily trading limit, Changxin Technology rose over 10%, and Linuo Yaobao, Medikai, Woge Optoelectronics and Dier Laser were among the top gainers.

China's National Financial Regulatory Administration Director Ding Xiangqun said at the Lujiazui Forum on June 17 the agency will strengthen regulatory standards, focus on preventing systemic financial risk and will resolutely guard the bottom line of no systemic risk. He said authorities will orderly resolve risks at small- and mid-sized financial institutions and support and cooperate in resolving property-market and local government debt risks.
